We stopped at several local restaurants and food stalls and got at lot of useful information about the dishes we were served. All the stops were outside the major tourist areas, so we really got to experience the real Saigon food culture. We also had some stops where we did not eat, but learnt about the local life of the people in Saigon. The guides were very pleasant and good in English.
